    It is covered all over with banders.
    Beats the bull, and tames the bear,
    And tames the wild birds of the air.

    As I was going down the field
    I got it.
    I sat down to look for it when
    I got it,
    I could not get it and I ran
    away with it.
    Answer - A thorn in your foot.
    A leaper of ditches, a clipper of hedges,
    A little brown cow with two leather horns.
    Answer - A hare.
    I have a wee cow, and she is tied to the wall.
    And she'd eat all the fodder from here
