One night two boys went into an orchard and stole two bags of apples and they did not know where they would go to count and divide them so they were passing by a graveyard and they said they would count them on a tombstone.

One night two boys went into an orchard and stole two bags of apples and they did not know where they would go to count and divide them so they were passing by a graveyard and they said they would count them on a tombstone. They began and they would say "This one for you, and this one for me" and so on and a man was coming down the road and he listened at the gate of the grave yard and there he heard them counting the apples. When the boys were coming in they lost two apples at the gate and when the man heard them dividing the apples and he thought it was God and the devil dividing the souls and the priest's house was near the graveyard and the man ran and told the priest and they came and listened at the gate and just then the two boys thought of the two apples they lost at the gate and one
