One day a man went to the Shore and saw a Mermaid sitting on a rock combing her hair and her cap was left on the rock. The man took the cap and the Mermaid followed him for the cap he would not give her the cap. After a while they got married and had three children. One day the man was up on top of the house and the cap fell down the chimney and she took the cap and ran down to the sea crying and could not be found anymore.
