Many wild birds are found in my district - the following are the commonest, the thrush, the blackbird, the robin, the wren, the cuckoo, the swallow and corncrake, the wild-duck and the wild-goose.
Some of these birds birds migrate such as the cuckoo, the swallow, the wild-duck and the wild-goose.
The robin, the wren and other small birds build their nest in low bushes, the big birds build them on the top of trees and the lark and corncrake build them on the ground.
The usual number of eggs the small birds lay are from
