Tom Hurles goes around at first with his bicycle and tells the people to bring the old rags and horsehair out on the side of the road. Then he goes back to his camp. He brings his pony and calf and gathers them and pays for them. Jack Sweeney is another man that is in the tinkers. He was in the war and he got out of it safely.
