  1. One day about 30 years ago Paddy Tierney Cappa, Dunmore, Co Galway was out working in a field called ?. His father was with him. He saw a mad dog coming towards them. Paddy put his father on a high dike and he got the spade. The dog came up and attacked Paddy. He hit him with a blow on the head and knocked him. He hit him again on the skull and killed him. all the people of the village thought Paddy Tierney was killed.
