- (ar lean ón leathanach roimhe)will hold the butter. The butter is then rinsed with fresh spring water and when it is well cleaned it is taken out of the churn with a scoop. It is then salted on a flat board and made into rolls.
Piseog: If a person brought anything from the house while the churning is being done it is said there would be no butter or if a person came into the house and not to do any of the churning he would bring the luck of the butter. If holy water was not put in the cream there would be no butter.
