  1. One day the Blessed Virgin and the Child Jesus were fleeing from on a journey and Herod's soldiers were after her. The soldiers were nearly caught up to them and they came to a flock of goats in a field. She left Jesus down with the goats and the goats ran away. She went on further until they came to a flock of sheep and she left Jesus down with the sheep so Jesus was changed into a lamb until Herod's soldiers passed.
