On St. Stephen's day,
He was caught in the furze.

Although he is little,
His family is great,
Cheer up land-lady,
And give us a treat - Shrove Tuesday we have pancakes on that night, for our tea, and we have great fun.On May Day all the children get little bunches of May, and lie them with coloured paper, and go around getting money to buy candles, and light them around the bush. They have great fun, and many people gather round them, and they enjoy themselves.St. Stephen's day .
