Co. Dublin.Weather Lore
December 1937 - There are many things in my district which foretell the coming weather. When there is a ring around the moon we expect rain and when the moon seems to us to be travelling fast in the sky it is a sing sign of bad weather. When a star is near the moon it is a sign of rain and a red sky in the morning is a sign of wind and rain.
When a seagull rests on a wall or a chimney it is a sign of rain or when a crow flies high it is a sign of bad weather. The east(leanann ar an chéad leathanach eile)- Bailitheoir
