  1. Local Industry
    Basket making was carried on here about one hundred and fifty years ago. It is that long ago that very (is)k little is known about at the present time. It was not in any special family all the people were well up in trade
    They grow a lot of (salley) sally trees and when they got and when they got strong they cut them down and left them to dry. Then they got some of the weak sallies and weaved into a loom. After that they got strong ones and weaved them through the loom
