  1. A Ruin
The nearest old ruin to my home is the ruin of an old church. Nobody knows when it was built or how old it is.
It is believed that the house which stands near the church was once occupied by the monks who lived there.
Surrounding the church is a small grave-yard in which there were people buried up to about two hundred years ago. There is supposed to be a tunnel running from either the house or the church to the church of St. Doulough.
There is one room in the house which is called the black hole because when you walk across it you can hear the echo of your foot-steps under-neath.
