Signs of the Weather
1. If Candlemans Day be bright and clear there'll be two winters in the year

8. A red sky in the morning is the shepherds warning
9. White fleecy clouds low down on the side of Crough Patrick with the summit showing clear is a sign of very good weather
10. When the pied wag tail comes to the door its a sign of very bad weather
