After he died he was seen in many place. He used to follow the carts going to Derry and fight with the men.
One hallow eve as a boy was coming home from his hiring fair. The Ghost attacked him at the foot of Manus McLaughlin's fields and killed the boy. Manus McLaughlin was a local farmer of Minaward. The boy was found with one sleve out of his coat. They went for the priest. The priest came and stayed in the house for a week and said mass.
