A wooden frame is made and it is shaped like the shafts of a cart. The netting is fastened on to these poles. It is not fastened tightly on but there is a bag which hangs out behind. The fishermen drop the two poles and the net in the water, but they they still hold one mesh in their fingers and when the fish go in to the net he feels it and lifts it up.
