    The games I play are Rounders, Tig, Cricket, Toby's ground, Hide and seek, In and out the windows and Pitter, pitter patter on our shoulders.
    At Christmas, Hallowe'en and Easter we mostly have a party and we play games such as Blindman's buff, Postman's knock, Paddy from Cork, Musical chairs, Cushion game, Egg and spoon race, Queen of Sheba and Hiding the thimble.
    The local games that children play are Tag, Rounders, Cricket, Toby's ground and Hide and seek.
    When playing tag the usual rhymes which are said are:-
    My wee Sue dressed in blue,
    Died last night at a half past two,
    We put her in the coffin,
    She fell through the bottom,
    My wee Sue dressed in blue.
    As I went up an apple tree,
    All the apples fell on me,
    Bake a pudding bake a pie
    Stand you out by.
