   There was once a priest going to a sick man's house and when he was going along the road he heard two greyhounds singing and it was so sweet, that he stayed to listen to them and did not go to the sick to the sick man.
   There was once a man who used to always three Hail Mary's to the Blessed Virgin but he used not go to mass and when he was dying there was no priest near, but fortunately there was a priest going by the house and he went in to the the man's house and he anointed the sick man and heard his confession.
   There was once a man who died without saying the penance the priest gave him.
   The maid of the used to go to the well every night for water, and this night she went to the well and she the man standing in front of her and she got very much afraid.
   So she went to the parish priest and told him, and he said that he would go with her the next night to the well, so they went.
   They went to the well and the maid saw the man but the priest did not and the priest asked him what was troubling him and he said forgot to say his penance before he died and he gave the maid penance to say and she died very short after, and she did not get to say all the penance, before she died.
