  1. This story is told about The Holy Family is:- One day is The Holy Family was travelling along the road, Our Lady lost the pin of her cloak which she had wrapped around the Holy Infant. Saint Joseph asked a cowherd in a field for a thorn which would do for a broach. The cowherd said he was too busy to look for one although he had nothing to do but to watch the cattle. A second man had a similar excuse.
When the three were passing by a forge the smith came out and saw that the Holy Mother needed a pin "Let me make you one" he said. He took a piece of money from his pocket and made one for her and it is said that every time a black smith cools his iron in the water he becomes stronger.
