Ar an leathanach seo
- The treasure is supposed to have been hidden between Carraig na Fora and the old chapel. It was hidden there because it was a safe place and difficult to discover.
People often made it their work to search for it but failed. Local men have searched but did not find a half-penny. The treasure is valued for about one hundred thousand pounds today.
One old person ate queer food and he thought that by eating that food that he would find a bar of gold but did not succeed.
A dog is supposed to guard this treasure; when you would approach the place where the gold is he would approach you with balls of fire in his eyes.
When the old people were about starting to dig for it about twelve o clock at night a light shone around them and they went(leanann ar an chéad leathanach eile)
