    There is a well in our land called the "black well", It is beside the fence between William Hopkins and us, and the why it is called that name is.
    There was a woman living about 40 yds from the well in our land. She had two boys and two girls. She brought the children's clothes to the well, of course it was a spring well.
    She put the clothes into the spring well to take the dirt of them. After she had washed the clothes and gone
