If the clouds are running quickly across the moon at night it is a sign of roughness. If the moon is pale and the sky blue it denotes for weather. If the moon is dim and sunk in clouds it denotes wet weather.
If the stars are dim rain can be expected, and if the stars are bright and the sky clear it denotes drying. If the rainbow is high it denotes good weather, if it is low it denotes bad weather.
