    In her garden situated in Barnfield, Backs, Co. Mayo, there is a stone on which Mass was offered many years ago.

    In her garden situated in Barnfield, Backs, Co. Mayo, there is a stone on which Mass was offered many years ago. The priest that used to say Mass was Father Mangan.
    He built a house on the north west of the Crossroads of Currabaggan, Backs, Co Mayo. Before he came to live to it he died. Her father in law, Michael Callaghan then bought the house about a hundred years ago. Then a man named Mr Reap bought it, and he is still living there yet.
