Ar an leathanach seo
- Once a man and his wife were living together and one night the man cut his own throat and then his wife's. After that the house that they lived in was haunted and no one could ever stay in it. There was an old Protestant living near the place and he said that he would live in it.
So himself and his wife got ready and went to live in the house. The first day passed on all right and the night came on quickly. The man and his wife were sitting at the fire when the clock struck twelve. "Well done so far" said the woman. No sooner had said so than they heard a great noise upstairs.
The noise came down the stairs and they saw a man and woman with no heads and cloths tied round their necks while the blood streamed down on the floor and knives in their hands coming down the stairs. They rushed round the house and struck their knives in the table. The man and woman fled and went for the priest.(leanann ar an chéad leathanach eile)
