  1. Once upon a time there lived an old man a catholic who was very poor. His land was sold, he had one cow, but no where to graze her. The protestant parson told him he would give him the grazing of the cow, if he would come to his church. The old man did so, but managed to go to an earlier Mass every Sunday, before going to Church. The parson hearing of this asked the man if it was true. The old man replied "Well Sir, I go to your church for the grazing of my cow and I go to Mass to save my life.
