’S níl le fiadhaigh na le falaí
Acht i dteach an stíl a bhí sé
Nuair a gabh an t-airm dearg é.
Tiocfaidh mo grádh-sa amárach
Agus tiocfaidh sé an lá in’ dhiaidh
Béidh sé ag teacht gach uile lá
