  1. About eighty years ago there lived a man of the name Andrew Costello in Boleyard. He could jump seven feet high. Once he was coming home from the fair of Kiltmagh. He had to cross a river. There was a big flood in it. He jumped the river which was about six yards wide. He tasted no food while he was at the fair. He remained at the fair about two hours. He never jumped that distance again for there is a bridge now in the place.
