  1. (1) When you see sut falling down the chimney it is the sign of rain.
    (2) When you see the cows coming down from the trees at night and sleeping with their heads under their wings it is a sign of a very big storm.
    (3) When the sun is not very bright it is a sign of rain and when the moon is a little dark it is also a sign of rain.
    (4) When one sees a ring around the moon it is a sign of a storm.
    (5) When one sees lightning without thunder it is a sign of a hot spell of weather.
