  1. In the olden times people had different food from what they have today.
    They ate three times a day, in the morning, in the middle of the day and at night. People worked two or three hours before their breakfasts.
    In the morning a big dish was placed on the table and the dish contained porridge. All the members of the family had a cup and (lhre) there was some milk in each cup. Each person took a spoonful of porridge and put it in his cup. When he had eaten this he took another spoonful and so on until he had enough. Sometimes potatoes were eaten at breakfast.
