Ar an leathanach seo
- The big storm ion 1839 lasted one night and a day. When the storm took place houses were flooded. The roofs of houses and barns were blown away.
Some of the people were killed because corrugated iron struck them.
The carts, were taken away and they struck people and killed them.
The geese and ducks flew away. Before the storm came they red and white lines seen in the sky. They were trees knocked on the road.
After the storm was over a very big snowfall followed. People were lost in thousands in the snow.
The snow lasted a forthnight and the people suffered badly in(leanann ar an chéad leathanach eile)
