    The day before the marriage there would be a great wedding feast held. A barrell of porter was brought to wedding house and distributed to the wedding guests. There were great injoyment at some wedding feasts.
    The straw boys visited the house and they were well treated by the people they used to dance play tunes and sing songs.
    They were dressed in funny old clothes and carried walking sticks.
    Dragging home was held some people used to race against each other and wives sat with there husbands on the horses. The people who attended the wedding used to hold parties for the married pair afterwards.
