    to the woman an' its two eyes blazin "tell your cataskeen at your house that Nancy Hazelly is dead". When the woman went, there was the cat siting on the heath washin her face, and before the woman had got well in through the "dure" she blurted out "Cataskeen do ye know Nancy Hazley is dead" (This part is missing---Oh tare-an nouns" says the "auld" cat "is Nancy Hazely dead") and wud that she flew out the "dure" in a "stroke" 'o fire and was never seen again.
