    in them. there was a school in Knockaulin near a small well, which is called St John's. The well is there still and it also has cures.
    The ruins of an old school and chapel can be seen in Harristown, beside a holy well. If you go there you have to leave something on the ruins beside the well.

  2. A piece of cycle tube about 14 ins. long and a fo stick like a Y can make a strong "slingers". Tie the rubber to one side of the stick and then tie another from the otherside. Get a piece of leather and tie the rubber into two holes of it like this. -
