  1. St Johns well is situated on Knockaulin. It is said that if a person washes his face init on St Johns eve, he will never be deceased
    St Brigid well is in Kilcullen, about fifty yards from the school They say when Saint Brigid was journying through Kildare that she got thirsty and she took a drink out of this well. Ever afterward it was called after her - St Brigid Well.
