    The Custom in Halloween was in every house. The floor was cleaned the ashes taken up a bucket of water left on the table and a cake left for the holy souls.
    No one darent throw water out of fear they would throw it on the holy souls.
    Mrs Kearney aged seventy five, ]?] Another custom of Halloween. Long ago they unwouked cars they tied them out of the highest tree they could get. They took cabbage and tied them to the knockers of doors they took gates off their hinges. Mr Robert Ennis age 60
