  1. The Robin
    She builds her nest in the side of a ditch, especially in a very mossy place. She makes it of hair, wool and moss. She puts the hair and wool inside, and the moss outside.
    She lays one every day for six days. She sits on them for about a fartnight and then the young ones begin to appear. When you see the robin hopping around your door it is a sign of bad weather.
