  1. March Mallow
    Marsh Mallow cures sprains swellings or bruises. Boil a bunch of it for two or three hours and bath the swelling for half an hour with the water.
    Water Rua
    Water Rua is a cure for anyone suffering from the kidneys a small portion of it eaten raw each day for about a month.
    Bog Sorrel
    Bog Sorrell is a cure for itch. It is pulled and put near the fire to dry. When dry it is easily made into powder. This powder is rubbed over the affected part once a day for three days.
