    There is a cahir(s) in Meggie, Every night people see (in) a light in this cahir. There is a cahir in Ballyvaughan. People say there is faries in this cahir. One night two people were passing this cahir, and they saw a light shining now and again in it. They heard a great noise inside around it, after a while they heard a Fiddle playing. They were so frightened that they ran for their lives. Many a time light was seen in this castle. One night a man was passing this castle, he saw a man standing inside.
    he pelted a stone at him and hiet him on the shoulder.
