There is a man called Tom Quinn living in this parish in Meggah he is ninty-four years of age. He knows a great lot of Irish. There is another man called Tom Mc Namara, he also lives in this parish in Ballymihil. this townland was called Kilcorney on account of an old church that was in it and it was an old man named Corney that used thatch
