    kind of bread they had long ago.
    Long ago people used to eat boxty. They used get potatoes and wash them .Then they would get a tin and hole it with an nail it to a board.
    Then they would scrape the potatoes and put them into a cloth and squeeze the water out through it and make starch out of it.Then they would mix flour through the potatoes and put it into an oven and after an hour it would turn into a sort of cake .Then when it would get cold they would toast it again and they used think it nice.
