    Long ago the children used go to school at eight years and finish at sixteen and some at seventeen .They used have to be at school between nine and ten and let off at three .They wore no shoes in Summer or Winter nor they used never bring bread to school.
    They were learning no Irish only all they learned from the old people.The school was built of mud and small windows.There were long seat going across all the school.They had no copy books only slates and pointed stone for writing.There were pictures of Wolf Tone .Thomas Davis and all the other good men in the school .How they got these was when
