    How they used to make butter.Long ago they used to have a dash churn and some of the people have them yet .They used to make butter in a bottle or tincan.They used to put cream into a tincan and be shaking it up and down until it be made.They would put the lid on tightly and a piece of cloth so that the cream would not come out.
    They used to wash it four times three before they would salt it and again after being salted .They used to cream into a bottle and put a tight cork in it .
