    One May night a man went out looking at his cows. As he stood watching around him he saw a hare....

    One May night a man went out looking at his cows as he stood watching around him he saw a hare coming running across the fields and up to the cows and takes a suck from every one of them.
    He fired and hit him but did not kill him. His hound followed him up and he left a big trail of blood after him until he came up to Acers. When the man came he found the hound looking in through a window.
