    Bread 28. 4. 38.
    Long ago the old people used to make bread of potatoes.They used get a tin-pan or an old bucket ,and cut out a piece of it.Then they got a nail and hole in it a crease.
    Then they used get a few of the biggest potatoes ,and "champions"they used usually get. They used pick the eyes out of them ,and give them a rough peeling.
    Then they used spread a whits cloth on the table ,grate the potatoes in it and squeeze them so that the dampness would leave them.Then when they used be done they used flatten them out in the shape of a cake .They used not put any milk on them as is done nowadays
