    There are several names of potatoes.
    there are queens, Keerpink, Eppicures, Arran-banners,Dates, Champions, leagers,Arran Chiefs,Evekas,American roses,Silver-skins, Butes,Flounders,Brown-rocks,Kerpinks and queens are the best potatoes. When the potatoes are sown in ridges.The soil is turned first. Then the sgallan is stuck and then the manure is spread over them and more earth after over that.Then they are dug in September.
