    Long ago the people used only ate twice a day. For their breakfast they used to have either potatoes and butter milk or else Indian gruel and oaten mixed. They used to have raw potatoes grated when they were grated they used to squeeze the water and bake it like a cake when it was baked they used to ate it with golden syrup. They used
