    Churning.
    Morning and evening the cows get milked. Some farmers bring the milk to factories to make butter and cheese. Other farmers make country butter and they also keep the cream for fruit and vegetables.
    The milk is skimmed and left over night to be separated, and that milk is sold also for baking bread and if it is too sour it does
