    A Story.
    A royal page named Austin, had the charge of the night-watch in the King's ante-room.
    The King was unable to sleep; and on that account he rang his chamber-bell, to have a book brought to him. But Austin was fast asleep and did not hear the bell.
    The King rang frequently, and each time louder than
