    Bread
    In the olden times people used make the bread the same as they do nowadays. They used make bread out of flour which was made from wheat which was grown locally. Grind stones were used for grinding wheat or corn on oats. People in the olden times used make potato-cakes from cold potatoes which were left after dinner and flour. Oat-meal
