Easter is the greatest feast of the Church in the year, because on that day our Lord rose himself from the dead. On that morning the people ate a lot of eggs because they were fasting from them for Lent.
Christmas is the next greatest feast of the year. On Christmas Eve the people have lighted candles on the windows and they have the houses decorated with holly and ivy.
