  1. My Home District
I live in the village of Cronin in the townland of Carramore. In the parish of Dysart, and Trisrara, in the County Roscommon and in the barony of Athlone
There are seven houses in this village but long ago there were four more. There are four slated roofs, and the rest are thatched roofs in the village. The most common name in my village is Gately. There are 4 men and 3 women over 70 years in this village. The language spoken in it is English
    Mostly all the land around.
